The Starship Sunfire has begun its maiden voyage as the extraordinary crew who call it home explore the possibilities of the Universe.
The worlds in which Dryad, Brent, and Hallie originate from provide a unique insight into their potential. Gold serves as therapist for Parallax who is coping with the atrocities that she is responsible for as she confronts a threat lurking inside her mind. When Tedorn is temporarily appointed captain, Ter convinces him to visit a city dominated by corruption and greed. Meanwhile, Lexia and Glen follow information that may lead to answers concerning the mystery of her mother.
Music often inspires scenes, helps mold the tone of a narrative, and in some cases, defines a character.
What follows is a collection of songs that are the soundtrack to this novel.
This song is for the introduction of the seventh season of the Sunfire Chronicles as a television series. The opening credits of each will reflect the changing group featured in each novel and allow for the opportunity to make numerous references to pop culture when it comes to science fiction and sci-fi, as well as introduce the crew of the Starship Sunfire.
Lexia's theme song appears in each "season" or movie based off the novel series. This version is a light, fun, and at times silly version of this traditionally serious song. It is also done through acapella, a collection of voices and sounds, much like this novel is a collection of short stories and tales.
This version of "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley inspired the scene with Eve taunting Parallax. The change to the lyrics presented in the book reflects how she is using this as a way to manipulate and agitate the woman that she is trapped within the mind of. It reveals her unique approach to dealing with her captiviity.
Introductions
Lexia
A new version of the Starship Sunfire is something that Lexia is having to adjust to. The shape, design, and construction of it is different, but she feels that the heart and soul of the previous vessel is still present. She is given new information concerning the whereabouts of her mother, which may lead to an intergalactic quest.
Glen
After all they have gone through together, Glen and Lexia have finally spoken of their mutual love for one another. Is there temptation to settle down for the couple? No. They still mutually crave the excitement and thrill of adventure as they travel between the stars. Where she goes, he promies to always be by her side.
Tedorn
With so many members of the crew temporarily off ship exploring their own unique experiences, Lexia does what many consider is unthinkable. She puts Tedorn in charge as acting captain. He takes on the temporary promotion with great seriousness in that he wants to make Lexia proud. And yet... Is still motivated by food.
Ter
When Tedorn is temporarily promoted to acting captain of the Starship Sunfire, Ter quickly convinces him to make her second in command. When given the opportunity to satisfy her curiosity, she persuades him to go to a planet ruled by covetous, paranoid, greedy, and dangerous individuals. What could possibly go wrong?
Parallax
Parallax is recovering from the psychological damage done to her by the Oria. She is receiving therapeutic help from Gold to cope with a being lurking in her mind, threatening to regain control. It is during this time that she learns that Tedorn is being promoted to Captain and she has to take orders from both him and Ter.
Gold
Gold has rejoined the crew of the Sunfire during its maiden voyage. She wants to help Parallax through the trauma of her recent experiences as well as provide sage advice for a crew she has grown to care for as her family. She enjoys the wide variety of personalities, unique individuals, and is curious about the future of the ship.
Dryad
With the developing relationship with Brent and the potential for what will happen in the next chapter of her life, Dryad asks Lexia if she can visit her home world, Yggdrasil. She hopes to provide the opportunity for Brent to explore his capabilities to experience emotion. She is happy to learn that Hallie has requested to join them.
Bent
Brent is motivated to excel in all aspects of his life. The newest addition to this is his relationship with Dryad with whom he loves. It is his hope by visiting her home world that he can further deepen the bond that the couple share with one another. From there, they will visit his place of origins at Alpha Prime.
Hallie
Halie finds the crew of the Sunfire to be a fascinating source of potential information in which she can further develop her relatively new and naïve mind. Although she may appear to be an adult woman, she is less than a rotation (year) old. She hopes to gain much needed experience by accompanying Brent and Dryad.
Bonus Scene: Not Found In Book
In a movie/television presentation of Tedorn's Tales... Hopefully, in time, a scene will come to mind that would be an ideal addition to this narrative. However, as of yet, none has been established. If you have read the novel and during your experience with this incredible world, you have come up with a potentially "deleted" scene not found in the book, an idea for the opening, or an interesting way to close out the story, then contact us at this address. If we like the idea, it will become cannon with you credited as creator of this scenario.

Where would the Author make a cameo?
Stan Lee is notorious for making a cameo in movies and television series based off his written works. With that in mind, where would the author of this novel make an appearance in a visual adaptation of the book?
When Tedorn, Ter, and Parallax visit the planet Sagev, there is a wide variety of life forms from several galaxies attending the location. When the group splits up, Tedorn finds himself in one building after another where gambling machines are being used to take advantage of guests. He can't help but go underneath each table and fix the games to be fair. The author is among one group and is the only one to visibly take notice of the Nimrev making changes to the machines.
